CARDBOARD - COMPANY HISTORY
Company KVD was founded in 1993. Production of cardboard have already been operating for several years before. Main customer at that time was Tesla - company producing electronics. After 1993, the production of cardboard focused on the emerging private sector. New customers created new requirements for materials, dimensions and also quality. During more than two decades the machinery equipment has been repeatedly altered to the present. New machines are incomparably better than the old ones - labor productivity in relation to the price of the product, quality of cutting, printing, gluing or sewing. More than twenty years in business ranks us among the leading manufacturers of paperboard converting and packaging production of this commodity.
CARDBOARD – COMPANY PRESENCE
In order to achieve good performance of the production, new facilities had to be adjusted for the location of existing and new machines. To deliver goods to the customer, new vehicles were purchased, now is delivery provided by two trucks. For the handling of products, new diesel and electric forklifts and hand pallet trolleys were purchased.
Workers in manufacturing cardboard and technicians make a good team that is able to give an advice to the customer, even in the most complicated packaging requirements.
Company received ISO 9001 accreditation for Quality Management.
